What we do

What this work involves

A patio needs to fit the way you actually use your yard. We talk through seating, traffic flow, transitions to the house and how rainwater moves across the space before work begins.

  • Patio and walkway layout
  • Paver or natural stone options
  • Ground and base preparation
  • Edging and transitions
  • Connections to steps and landscaping
  • Existing surface replacement

Project planning

Defining the right scope

A patio or walkway should connect comfortably to doors, steps, seating areas and the rest of the yard. Tell us the intended use, approximate area and preferred stone or paver appearance. Replacing an existing surface and creating a new space can require different ground work.

Preparation & site considerations

Base preparation, finished height and water movement need attention before laying the surface. Edges and transitions influence both appearance and usability. Access for materials and machinery, removal of the old surface and final surrounding cleanup should be discussed in the estimate.
