How contact information, project photos and optional AI brief inputs are handled on this website.
1. Information you provide
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property address, residential or commercial property type, requested service, project description and preferred contact method. You may also attach project photos. Information you choose to include in a description or image becomes part of your request, so please send only what is relevant to the work.
2. Estimate requests and follow-up
Estimate details are saved so the business can review the requested work and contact you using the information you provide. A confirmation means the request has been saved; it does not confirm an appointment, quote, crew dispatch or email delivery. If your situation is urgent, call the business directly rather than relying on the form.
3. Project photos and private access
Photos attached to estimate requests are stored in private photo storage. Access to the request inbox is restricted to the verified business owner account, and photo viewing uses time-limited links. Website and storage service providers also process information to operate these features. Please avoid including faces, license plates, documents, access codes or details unrelated to your project.
4. AI project briefs
If you use the optional project brief feature, the goals and photos you submit are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model to generate preliminary suggestions and estimate questions. The brief feature does not save those photo inputs in the website’s project or estimate photo storage. This is not a promise about every service provider’s processing or retention practices. Briefs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace an inspection, permit review or confirmed estimate. Do not include sensitive personal information in an AI brief.
5. Completed work published on the website
Our Work displays project images supplied for publication and project records published through the owner account. Public gallery photos are different from private estimate attachments. Before supplying an image for public use, avoid identifiable people, personal documents and details that should remain private. If an image concerns your property and you have a question about its publication, contact us using the details below.
6. Service providers and operational information
Lovable Cloud supports the website’s request storage, account access and photo services. Hosting, storage and AI providers process information needed to deliver the relevant features. The website also records limited request information for abuse prevention, including hashed request identifiers and usage timestamps. Search queries are used to find services, areas and project information on the site.
7. Account and browser storage
The owner sign-in features use browser storage and session information to keep the business account signed in. Your browser or hosting services may also process operational information while loading the site. This policy does not claim that all browsers, third-party services or hosting tools use the same storage settings. Browser controls let you clear stored data, though doing so may sign you out.
8. Retention and security
Saved estimate requests and their attachments remain available to the business for follow-up; a fixed deletion schedule has not been stated. The website uses access restrictions for private requests and account-protected management for gallery changes. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe information was submitted in error or accessed improperly.
9. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to attach photos or use the optional AI brief. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact the business.
