What we do

What this work involves

A solid roof protects everything underneath it. We handle roof repairs and replacements with careful tear-off, quality materials and clean job sites.

  • Roof repairs and leak issues
  • Full roof replacements
  • Shingle and flashing work
  • Gutter-related repairs
  • Storm-related roof damage
  • Debris removal and cleanup

Example photo: a roofing crew replacing shingles on a suburban home.

Before work begins

A roof replacement involves tear-off, underlayment and shingling done in sequence with safe roof access. This photograph shows typical crew work in progress, not a Lemus job.

Project planning

Defining the right scope

Describe the age and visible condition of the roof if you know them, and whether the issue is a localized leak, damaged shingles or a larger replacement project. A repair assessment and a full replacement estimate need different information. Interior staining can be useful context without identifying the exact source of a leak.

Preparation & site considerations

Flashing, roof edges, penetrations and the condition beneath the existing surface affect the work. Material options, tear-off, disposal and weather-related scheduling should be part of the estimate discussion. Do not climb onto a damaged roof to photograph it; share only what you can safely see.
