Project planning
Defining the right scope
A kitchen estimate starts with how the room works today: storage, preparation space, appliance positions and circulation. Share whether you want to keep the layout or change it, and identify cabinets, worktops and finishes you hope to retain. A partial update and a full remodel involve very different scopes.
Preparation & site considerations
Cabinet dimensions, floor levels, backsplash transitions and appliance clearances need to be considered together. Changes involving plumbing or electrical work are reviewed as part of the scope, along with any required permits and appropriate trade coordination. Discuss how you will use the home while the kitchen is unavailable.
