Defining the right scope
Regular grounds care can bring mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup into one agreed schedule. Tell us the property size, areas included and whether the site is a home, rental or commercial location. Beds and additional seasonal jobs should be specified rather than assumed.
Preparation & site considerations
Access gates, parked vehicles, pets and occupancy affect each visit. Frequency, weather interruptions and the tasks included should be discussed before service starts. Weekly care does not automatically include tree work, major cleanup or landscape installation unless agreed.
