What we do
What this work involves
Fresh mulch makes a property look finished and helps plants stay healthy. We prep beds properly before every install.
- Bed edging and prep
- Weed removal before mulching
- Mulch delivery and installation
- Seasonal re-mulching
- Tree rings
- Commercial bed maintenance
Example photo: a freshly mulched planting bed beside a lawn.
Before work begins
Fresh mulch should sit at an even depth with clean edges and space left around stems and trunks. This photograph shows a typical finished bed, not a Lemus job.
Project planning
Defining the right scope
A mulch estimate should identify the beds, tree rings and areas to be refreshed. Tell us whether the job includes only installation or also weeding, edging and removal of accumulated debris. Material preferences and approximate bed sizes help establish an initial scope.
Preparation & site considerations
Bed preparation matters before new mulch is spread. Existing depth, drainage and the space around trunks and plant crowns need consideration. Delivery and access arrangements should be discussed so materials can be moved without assuming every area is reachable by machine.
